Thank you for shopping at Imperialmist. We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. Please review our policy regarding returns, replacements, and cancellations carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for opened or used products. Fragrance is highly subjective and interacts differently with every individual’s skin chemistry. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste, scent preference, or longevity expectations. If you are unsure about a fragrance, we highly encourage purchasing our 8ml discovery sets to experience the scent profile before committing to a full-size 50ml bottle.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our packaging and fulfillment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective (e.g., a broken atomizer/sprayer, leaking bottle), or if you receive an incorrect item (e.g., receiving Velvet Rose instead of Apple Rush), we will gladly provide a free replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a damaged/incorrect item, you must:

Notify us within 48 hours of successful delivery.

Provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the damage/defect clearly visible.

Send the request and video via email to our support team.
Note: Claims without an unboxing video or reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Order Cancellations
We process orders rapidly to ensure swift delivery.

Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you refuse a Cash on Delivery (COD) order at the doorstep, future COD privileges may be restricted.
4. Refund Process (If Applicable)
In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g., for a pre-dispatch cancellation or a heavily damaged product where a replacement is unavailable), the following terms apply:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

COD Orders: For approved refunds on COD purchases, our team will request your bank account or UPI details to process the transfer. We do not provide cash refunds.
